Company Employee TRE Survey Feedback

The HR Department of one of the largest companies in its industry, on the globe, realized the stressful impact of Lockdown on their employees in Africa, and how it was affecting their wellness, wellbeing and performance. They engaged the services of Stress Free with TRE to facilitate 20 employees, across Africa, some HR Managers. The participants were divided into two group workshops of 10 employees each. This was facilitated virtually via Microsoft Meet.

Overall employees benefited and witnessed great changes towards being able to cope, feeling less stressed, sleeping better, coping better and experienced general wellness and wellbeing. TRE delivers the results companies are looking for.

  1. I want to say thank you for passing the tools onto us. For me, having a very senior role in the organization, this is something I can take with me anywhere to help re-centre

  3. Due to pending divorce, current situation is very stressful, without TRE I would have been in a worse mental state
  4. I think everyone really needs to take the time out for the sake of their mental health and, in the end, it will have a positive impact on how they approach their work as well as in their personal lives
  5. I can now sleep all night without interruption, my stress levels decreased considerably, and I can now manage all issues related to work and I don’t take the work problems personally

Private Executive Coaching with TRE

As the CEO of a large corporate company, weathering the downturn in the economy, I found myself experiencing severe stress which lead to me having, on average, 5 panic attacks a week for 3 years. This compromised my effectiveness as a leader. After consulting doctors and psychiatrists, having brain scans, I had no relief. I was referred to Verona by my neurologist. Private Group Sessions

After my first TRE session, the migraines I had, every day for 2 years, went away, and within 6 group sessions, my anxiety, panic attacks, depression and asthma improved dramatically. After 3 months of doing TRE about twice a week at home, I am well and no longer have these illnesses or any symptoms. I am so happy, I just got married in the Seychelles! Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) is a route to healing that I have not experienced from any other modality. I have been a physician, a psychiatrist and a Gestalt Psychotherapist for 35 years. I am now teaching TRE to all my clients as a healing modality.
