TRE is our flagship method that is a breakthrough in stress and trauma recovery. It has spread across the globe and Verona is the first practitioner to facilitate TRE to corporate companies with outstanding wellness and wellbeing results. TRE is the natural shaking response we were born with to get rid of all stress and trauma. This shaking mechanism is medically known as neuro-genic tremors: they are part of the nervous system and neurons and are genetically encoded in us. We are born to shake off all our stress, anxiety and trauma.

All these methods involve the body, even the Creative Visualisation and Mindfulness as it is through the awareness and connection to the body that we use the mind, both the conscious and subconscious minds.



TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises/Experience)

The TRE Workshop is made up of 6 weekly sessions, each 1 hour 15 min long. The group size is 10 on average to 15 maximum. TRE is a process. Internationally, we have found that it takes 6 sessions for the clients to understand the process, become familiar with the exercises and the shaking process, and learn to manage and regulate the shaking process and feel safe and comfortable to continue TRE at home.

This workshop sets your employees up to integrate TRE into their busy, demanding lives, with ease, and to use it as a tool for life to release stress and to mitigate future stress and trauma. TRE results in healthy, fit employees with a drive to succeed and activates high performance, effective communication, increased emotional intelligence, ability to be assertive and resolve conflict amicably and to be compassionate to fellow employees.

Other De-Stress Tools: Dynamic Breath, Binaural Beats, Creative Visualization, Mindfulness, Tapping

These can be incorporated as stand-alone workshops, or a combinations of two or more methods, depending on the length of the workshop. On average these workshops are 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 – 3 hours.

We have many other methods, such as mind training, building resilience in time of change, self-induced deep relaxation and sleep.  All these can be combined with traditional cognitive and practical, conscious left brain skills.

Brain Entrainment is: 

  • A scientifically proven method of producing a desired brainwave frequency by using external audio stimuli for positive results
  • Used for stress relief, creativity, meditation and self-improvement


There are several types of Brain Entrainment: 

  • BINAURAL BEATS– specifically engineered sounds with alternating frequencies which synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain – called whole brain functioning or “genius thinking” i.e. the marriage between logic and creativity. These beats were discovered in 1839 by physicist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove and later supported by Robert Munroe of the Munroe Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to the study of the brain and consciousness.
  • ISOCHRONIC TONES– are single tones emitted at precise intervals. This is a powerful way to entrain the brain for stress relief, relaxation and mind development.


Brain Entrainment audios may only be used by people 18 years and older and must never be listened to whilst driving or operating machinery. Good quality ear phones are recommended. Today many companies that produce brain entrainment audios, use popular songs and music as the foreground sound, with beats and tones in the background. This takes people to a deep state of relaxation

Through a process of relaxation participants gain increased awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations that typically make up and support (contrasting) mindsets. This leads to a more competent and fearless individual.



EFT/Tapping is a method that combines Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology with startling results.

Tapping has proven to be a powerful, well-researched and an easy to learn and apply technique.

  • Dr Richard Callahan, a psychiatrist, counselled a woman who had a terrible fear of water. After one year she had made very little progress. He became aware that she often complained about a stomach ache, so he tapped on the end point meridian for the stomach, a point beneath the eye, and to both their amazement she lost her fear of water.
  • Dr Gary Craig started using EFT with the American Vietnamese War Veterans who were suffering from severe PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) with the most profound healing results.
  • Several studies have been conducted.
  • The Harvard Medical School Studies reveal that tapping reduces the hyper-vigilant state of the stress response by reducing activity in the brain.
  • Dr Dawson & Dr Feinstein’s research indicates a reduction in cortisol and adrenaline.
  • Tapping is used for stress, trauma, pain relief, fears, phobias, weight loss, food cravings, habits, repressed anger and much more.
  • EFT involves vocalizing the problem in short statements while tapping on various points to clear the emotional energy block and thus promotes self-healing.
